Any orders placed with us are usually sent same or next day, therefore you should have your parcel within three working days. However in summer, demand often outstrips our packing team, therefore we may take a day or two longer to send your parcel.
We offer a full parcel tracking service on your camping equipment that you have ordered, we use two carriers depending on your location.

Each order is sent with our trusted carrier Fedex or DHL, we will email you a tracking code which can be tracked online or on the telephone. This will tell you exactly where your parcel is currently sitting and its travel history. We do ask for 24 hours to process your order before sending this tracking code due to higher demand in summer months.

Please bear in mind that no system is perfect, although DHL have never lost a parcel the system is not perfect and the odd parcel can get sidetracked on its way to you. However if it does we are absolutely commited to making sure it gets there as soon as humanly possible.
