hi guys,
i just recevied my order of a Vango Zetes 200 tent and a Vango pillow, i have open the tent and pitched it, and i've got to say i am well pleased, the quality of the tent for 35 quid is excellent.
Thanks again for a quick delivery (ordered sunday received wedensday) also the cheapest i could find by £4 anywhere.
The pillow was smaller than i expected, but £3.50 is cheap so i'm not worried about that.

I had my doubts about buying a tent over the internet, because of the poor and very lacking response from so-called customer service people when purchasing other things online, when goods were faulty or not correct to what i had ordered in the past.

Today I received my order, a couple of days after placing it. There was a friendly hand written note informing me that, as requested, my order will be completed when the stock arrives.
When I telephoned the, very busy, sales office and spoke to Ruth, I was asking some difficult questions which Ruth went out of her way to answer to my satisfaction. I just wanted to say thanks for having such a warm, friendly approach.

Just to let you know how pleased I was with your service on placing the order below. Even though I'm in the Highlands and Islands area, the package was safely delivered today - barely 3 working days is exceptionally fast for delivery here. And no extra penalty charge for us being a bit out of the way. We just erected the tent (loosely) in the kitchen to check it and can see the pack was factory fresh, apparently unopened. Great value too! With the carriage cost included, you made the best price offer on the net and threw in two super pillows, as well - what more could we want?
