I'm new to camping and ordered a tent from you, when it arrived, probably due to my own stupidity, I couldn't put it together. After a phone call to yourselves you, without any fuss, agreed to change it for a pop up tent, which even I can manage. Just to let you know how pleased I was with your service on placing the order below. Even though I'm in the Highlands and Islands area, the package was safely delivered today - barely 3 working days is exceptionally fast for delivery here. And no extra penalty charge for us being a bit out of the way. We just erected the tent (loosely) in the kitchen to check it and can see the pack was factory fresh, apparently unopened. Great value too! With the carriage cost included, you made the best price offer on the net and threw in two super pillows, as well - what more could we want?
