Shopping with Outdoor World Direct for camping equipment is completely safe, we use 128 SSL encryption to encrypt your credit card details. We use Netbanx Payment Service Systems, a UK leading encryption company which allows you to send your details safely and securely through our payment system.

The payment system uses the safest encryption technology on the market to ensure your details are completely safe. We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exclusion of American Express. You can either place your order online over the secure server or on our secure telephone line 01924 409085.

We always aim to deliver within three business days, we will send your parcel with a national carrier such as DHL, Fedex or Royal Mail. In peak season we will need an extra working day to process your orders. These are inbetween months - June to August.

There is a standard shipping cost of £4.95 for all camping equipment orders under £100. Orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge. You can also upgrade to Express class shipping so your order arrives sooner. Please allow us 24 hours after your order to process, pick and pack orders.

Once packaged, all our parcels are sent, a signature will also be required. Therefore please have your goods sent to an address you will be present at such as home or a workplace as this is the safest option for all parties. If you so choose to have your goods delivered without a signiture to location of your choice, we will NOT be held responsible if the parcel does not reach its final intended recipient.
