Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' at the top of the page and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you are shopping in the UK, place your order through our one of our integrated SSL companies, Sagepay or Paypal. This ensures safe online shopping with protecting your details from fraud. Alternatively you can submit your order over our telephone processing system between the hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. (01924 409085)
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Switch and all credit and debit cards excluding American Express. You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet. All products on our site are in stock and ready for despatch, if not this will be clearly illustrated.
Once you have placed an order, you have a contract with us as an online retailer, this contract is completed upon delivery of goods to your possession.

Diamond Delivery (Guaranteed next working day delivery or your postage costs back)
This costs £19.99 for any order.
We have higher rates for areas such as Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and Scilly Isles - please contact us to find ut these rates and we can work it out for you. If you place your order without checking with us, we will not release the goods until we have received the correct payment.
Please also note that delivery may take a day or two longer. The Diamond and Express Courier Delivery services DO NOT operate within these areas, only Mainland UK. Sorry to all people within these regions - delivery costs to your area are simply higher due to transport structures.
Delivery Schedule
Express Courier Service (1-2 days)
Orders received before 11am Mon-Friday are usually despatched the same day and delivered in 1-2 days, mostly next day. Although we strive to send your parcel out on the same day that it is ordered, orders received after 11am (especially during peak season) may not be processed until the next working day. For instance, any First Class Delivery orders placed after 11am on a Friday may not ship from our premises until the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays), for delivery Tuesday/Wednesday.Please note that First Class Delivery services may be subject to delay from unavoidable circumstances outside of the control of the courier and whilst they are usually delivered on a next day service, we cannot guarantee this. We cannot be held liable for a service breakdown in this situation.
Standard Delivery
Orders received requesting second class delivery will usually be delivered between 2-5 days.
Diamond Delivery
We also operate a diamond service which is guaranteed next day delivery before 10am or your postage costs back, providing you place the order before 11am. Although this service is guaranteed by the courier - we will not be held responsible for poor planning or last minute orders by customers - placing a Diamond order is done so at your own discretion. If you live in a rural area - please ring to check Diamond services are applicable before placing the orders - (mainly remote parts of Cornwall or Devon)
You will usually receive an email letting you know when your goods have been despatched. Our couriers, Fedex & DHL collect at 3.00 p.m. every week day and deliver between 8.00 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. every day (excluding weekend). A signature is always required. Therefore please have your goods sent to an address where you will be present. Ideal delivery addresses are your home, workplace or even a consenting neighbour. If you are not in when the courier attempts to deliver your parcels, they will leave their calling card requesting that you contact them to rearrange delivery. If you request that we redirect the goods to a different delivery address this will result in an additional £6.00 charge. You have 3 days in which it will remain at your local courier depot until it is returned to us. If you fail to contact the courier and they return the goods back to us, you will be liable for the extra delivery charges incurred and an additional re-delivery and handling cost of £6.00. If the order is carriage paid due to the value of the order, we will deduct the extra shipping costs incurred before a refund is made for failed delivery of goods.
Additionally - please note that if you consent to have the parcel left without a signiture in the additional shipping notes - we will not be held responsible if the parcel is to go missing.
EUROPEAN DELIVERY
European delivery is split into two zones, We use FEDEX to deliver to European destinations.
Zone 1 charges £24.99 per box. This zone includes France, Belgium, Southern Ireland, Germany, Luxembourg and Netherlands. Delivery usually takes four working days.
Zone 2 charges £29.99 per box. This zone includes Austria, Denmark, Leichenstein and Switzerland. Delivery usually takes 5 working days.
Short Delivery or Incorrect goods
Our packing system has a triple checking system to avoid mistakes but we do pack hundreds of orders every day and from time to time, mistakes do occur. In this case, all we ask is that you inform us no later than 5 days of receipt of your goods. We will collect the goods at no cost to you and once we receive the goods back, we’ll deliver the correct goods. If you decide that you would like to cancel your order in the meantime, please contact us and we will collect the order at no cost to you. We only ask that you fill in the returns form so that we can deal with your refund more promptly. Failure to complete the returns form may result in delay of payment going back into your bank account.
If you wish to send any goods back to us yourself rather than us picking them up, please complete the returns form and a receipt for the postage costs but take into account that we will only refund up to a maximum of £6.00. Also please bear in mind that we will not accept any returns unless they have been booked in over the telephone: 01924 409085
Pricing Discrepancies & Voucher Codes
Occasionally, we may make a pricing error on our website, when this happens we may refuse to send the goods and refund your account immediately. We are well within our rights to do so as the contract between us is not completed until we send the goods to your location. However, rest assured, unless the pricing error is untenable (i.e: we are out of pocket £5.99 instead of £599) then we will complete the order regardless.
During discount sales, any voucher codes are void and cannot be used to gain extra discounts.
Leaving Parcels Without A Signature
All deliveries must be signed for, you could leave your parcel with a neighbour or with a trusted friend if you are not home. This can be specified in your delivery address or additional notes.
Any note allowing the driver to leave the parcel in an unsecure area without a signature is done so at your discretion. We will not be liable if the parcel is left without a signature.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added. Our prices reflect the VAT charges, so there will be no extra tax charges on any order you place, the price you see on screen is the price you pay.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. if you have merely changed your mind and do not want the products then we ask you return them at your own cost. We can arrange collection at a fee of £10 per box.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the goods are received. You will then receive a full refund. However you will be liable for sending us the goods at your own cost using a safe and secure parcel courier.
Our products are not for commercial use, if this is the case on inspection, we shall not honour the guarantee.

What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
