Hiya,

I am extremely sorry i havent emailed you before now, i have been meaning too for a few days.

I just wanted to say how chuffed i am from placing an order with your company.

From the moment i placed the order, i was notified several times of when the order would be with me etc getting a more accurate time each time i received an update. And also the fact that up untill a few hours before delivery , i could click a link and re-arrange for a more suitable time if wanted.

That is something not many companys do as it takes alot of time and all sorts of other reasons. It really made me feel like i was being well looked after, and even after i had spent my money with you it still felt as though you were doing everything you possibly could to help and/ or satisfy me. Which was really lovely ( you normally only get that service up untill you have spent the money).

The delivery arrived 2 minutes into the specified hour which was absolutely amazing. I have been so used to having to wait in all day to receive parcels that dont fit through letter box. Which is quite an inconvenience.

So to cut a long story short, i just wanted to say thankyou soo very much for such superb service and i cant wait to get my next purchase from you! Time and time again.

Sorry I was unable to take your call - I was in a meeting which ended up running on for 2 hours. I must say I really appreciate all the chasing you've done on my behalf. My opinion of your company is growing by the hour (I don't actually blame your company for the problem by the way).

Arranging the AM delivery is much appreciated also as it means my parents have a much better defined window to wait in.

The sleeping bag I ordered was needed to put up guests at Christmas and you didn't fail me.
I thought I might be too late with the order but your dispatch and free delivery was so efficient it arrived with a week to spare!

Comment: This is such a pleasure to write but I wish to thank you so much for your fantastic service. Door to door in less than 24 hrs!!!! Now that is express delivery!

I rang your dept ob Friday around 9am to order an Outwell hartford Front tent extension. The family ( 3 adults and 4 children under 9) are due to travel on Monday so I was pushing my luck I felt to get this before Monday and fully expected to have to leave a little later on Monday. I also expected to have to wait in all day for a possible delivery today ..... BUT NO ! The order was delivered at 8.45 thismorning!!!
This excellent service is on top of having my ordered handled by a very competent, businesslike and operator called Daniel. He knew what was in stock and when it could possibly be delivered ...... but we both understood the normal delays etc .... I appreciate these diffs in business. I am thrilled with my purchasing experience with you and will tell everyone who will listen how fab you are! I will use you again !!! But of course you are in Yorkshire .... Its easy for a company to impress if they deliver stuff on time. I feel a
better testament to how good a company is how well they deal with problems.
I ordered 2 Fans on Sunday evening, both of which turned up promptly on
Tuesday morning having been dispatched Monday. One had a bent pin on the
plug. A quick call to the lovely Rachel at Outdoor World and she told me no
problem she would arrange a collection and a replacement. When I told her we
were leaving 7am on the Friday of that week she arranged for my replacement
to be dispatched that day before they received the broken one back.

I will always use Outdoor world in the future, their service is second to
none and I feel confident that any problems will be rectified as soon as
they happen. I is a pleasure to buy from them. The only trouble is I hope I
get a problem with my next order so I can talk to Rachel again ;-)

I just wanted to say a great big thank you to your company and to Rachel for such wonderful assistance and helpfullness. We unfortunately, reserved the same tent we purchased from you at one of your competitors, when we went to collect they had sold it to someone else, we then ordered it through their website team who said they had it in stock but after a week still nothing and they are still not sure if they have it in stock. Finding you on a internet search engine, and calling Rachel this morning, she went to the warehouse to check if you had the tent in stock and called back, you did have the tent and I happily placed the order along with some other items because yoiu were so helpful and accomodating.

I thank you once again, no longer are we going else where but shall use you in future for all our camping needs and will definately be recommending you to our friends.

I am writing to express my graditude at your excellent customer service, especially from Amjid whom dealt with me on the phone.

I placed an order for a tent with ** ******** only to have the order cancelled on me a week before my holiday and received no notification from them. Only when I phoned them did they say my order had been cancelled.

I called you and spoke with Amjid, who went out of his way to physically check the stock to endure he could guarantee delivery. He called me back when he said he would and I placed the order. It has arrived 24 hours after the order was placed which is fantastic and means I have the tent I want in time to go on holiday next week.

I just wanted to say a very big Thank you to Daniel Earl, from Outdoor World Direct.

The service I received from Dan was outstanding he went out of his way to keep me informed on the progress of my order to ensure I received my new tent in time for a pre-booked camping trip. The manufacturer delivered the tents a couple of days late to OWD arriving on the Thursday, Dan personally went down to the warehouse and off loaded my tent and arranged overnight pre-10am delivery my tent arrived 9.55am on the Friday and off we went on our camping trip with friends!!

He, or a member of his team has responded promptly, efficiently, patiently and clearly to my various questions about the tent/order. An excellent and friendly service. I felt like I was talking to a friend not just some unknown salesperson he really went out of his way to help. His customer service skills are exceptional and I will certainly use OWD for any future camping requirements. I have recommended them to all my camping friends.

Just like to say many thanks for the help you have given me over the past few weeks. I’m new to camping and ordered a tent from you, when it arrived, probably due to my own stupidity, I couldn’t put it together. After a phone call to yourselves you, without any fuss, agreed to change it for a pop up tent, which even I can manage. The time scales are extremely quick and the items were delivered when you said they would be. Most people are quick to criticise but not praise so once again, thanks for all your help. I will be recommending you to my more experienced camping friends

Just to let you know how pleased I was with your service on placing the order below. Even though I’m in the Highlands and Islands area, the package was safely delivered today – barely 3 working days is exceptionally fast for delivery here. And no extra penalty charge for us being a bit out of the way. We just erected the tent (loosely) in the kitchen to check it and can see the pack was factory fresh, apparently unopened. Great value too! With the carriage cost included, you made the best price offer on the net and threw in two super pillows, as well – what more could we want?
