Corona Virus Statement

Dear all,

During these extremely testing times, the safety of customers and our employees alike remains our first priority.

  • Online: Open 24/7 - shop as normal
  • Phone Lines: Open Monday to Friday, closed @ the weekend. Please only call if your enquiry is urgent as our phone lines are very busy.
  • Emails - Open and we will respond within 24-48 hours during the week.
  • Showroom: Now open 7 days a week
  • Order Processing - we are up to date as of 2pm each day, but it is advisable to allow an additional 24-48 hours, as some parcel carriers are unable to guarantee the normal next day delivery service.

Contacting Us - Please only make one form of contact, we are all the same team, so if you are reaching out to us via email or phone - its the same people answering you - please give us 24-48 hours to get back to you via email before ringing. Email is by far the most efficient method of contacting us.

For further information please check Delivery Updates below. Some international orders may take a day or two longer than usual to reach their destinations due to Corona Virus controls across Europe. For more information on any delays, please refer to DPD's website. Also, DPD and TNT have high volumes in the network due to the Virus, therefore occassionally, there are small delays in their network. However, service is running at 99.9% at the moment from DPD.

Delivery Updates


It would be prudent to allow 3-5 days for delivery - due to high volumes within the parcel networks due to Christmas and Covid. Our actual packing is up to date - there is no backlog our end - but there are some delays in the networks.

Express Delivery - 1-2 Working Days - you must place your order before 2pm. TNT shipments are currently incurring a 24 hour delay in transit - so any product over 30kg, will have a slower transit time. Regular product under 30kg, will be delivered next day via DPD.

Standard Delivery - 3-4 Working Days

Please email us regarding your order if you need an update - our phone lines are also very busy, so it is easier to email, and we will update you within 24 hours. We are working overtime to keep up to date on orders and we are coping well with order volume.

You can also contact via email -, and we will respond to you as soon as possible. Alternately, we also have live chat on the website, where you can ask a question or leave a message. All emails are responded to within 24 hours - 48 hours, except at the weekend, in which case it will be longer. Please do not email multiple times, only email once if possible and we will get to you as quickly as possible. If you email multiple times, you will go later into the queue for a reply, so only email once for a more prompt response.


Returns are carrying on as normal, but will take longer to process, as there is a 48 hour quarantine on all returned parcels.

Yorkshire Tent Showroom - Open 7 Days a Week

Our showroom is now open as per government guidelines, the following measures are in place:

  • Hand sanitizer on the doors
  • Staff will have masks or visors
  • Limiting the amount of people in store at any time.
  • You must wear a mask.
