Corona Virus Statement

During these extremely testing times, the safety of customers and our employees alike remains our first priority.
- Online: Open 24/7
- Phone Lines: Monday - Friday 9-5pm (please only ring if it is urgent)
- Emails - we are around 24 - 48 hours behind on the emails.
- Showroom: Open 7 days a week with Corona Virus controls in place. You will need to wear a mask in store.
- Order Processing - we are up to date as of 6pm each day, so orders should be received quickly, however, DPD and TNT do have parcel delays in some areas due to high volumes of online shopping.
Please be aware our business remains open, and functioning as usual. We have staff in each day, who will continue to pack your orders and send them out for next day delivery as usual. However, please be aware all carriers have extremely high volumes in their networks so some shipments may incur a delay.
For further information please check Delivery Updates below. Some international orders may take a day or two longer than usual to reach their destinations due to Corona Virus controls across Europe. For more information on any delays, please refer to DPD's website. Also, DPD and TNT have high volumes in the network due to the Virus, therefore occassionally, there are small delays in their network. However, service is running at 99.9% at the moment from DPD.
We are exceptionally busy at this moment in time due to high demand across Europe, so we have a team packing your orders 7 days a week. It would be prudent to allow 3-5 days for delivery - due to high volumes within the parcel networks. Our actual packing is up to date - there is no backlog our end - but there are some delays in the networks.
Express Delivery - 1-2 Working Days - you must place your order before 2pm. TNT shipments are currently incurring a 24 hour delay in transit - so any product over 30kg, will have a slower transit time. Regular product under 30kg, will be delivered next day via DPD.
Standard Delivery - 3-4 Working Days
Please email us regarding your order if you need an update - our phone lines are also very busy, so it is easier to email, and we will update you within 24 hours. We are working overtime to keep up to date on orders and we are coping well with order volume.
* Please also note our office and telephone lines are now open. We are only responding to customers with a valid order ID, or those who wish to make a purchase. Please make sure you have an order ID ready, often found on your order as Channel ID. Our staff are only on the phones during Monday to Friday.

Alternately, we also have live chat on the website, where you can ask a question or leave a message. All emails are responded to within 24 hours - 48 hours, except at the weekend, in which case it will be longer. Please do not email multiple times, only email once if possible and we will get to you as quickly as possible
Returns are carrying on as normal, but will take longer to process, as there is a 48 hour quarantine on all returned parcels.

Our showroom is open as usual.
Measures we are putting in place once we reopen:
- Hand sanitizer on the doors
- Staff will have masks or visors
- Limiting the amount of people in store at any time.
- You must wear a mask.
