One of our smallest pack size drive away awnings, the Milestone Dash, as the name suggests is perfect for touring campersas it is a quick-pitching offering. With a low weight of just 11.6kg, and an open dome style design, it offers the perfect touring solution. Optional extras include a carpet, footprint and inner tent, all of which are sold separately, or as a bundle deal.

Outwell’s Milestone Dash is a domed drive away awning that is the perfect addition to any touring holiday. It is designed to be quickly and easily attached to camper vans with a fitting height of 175 - 200cm. The highly waterproof Outtex 3000 Select Flysheet is supported by two crossing fibreglass poles, meaning this compact lightweight offering is simple and fast to pitch. On the flipside, it is just as easy to set down, when it is time to move on to the next campsite or destination.

The front door of the Milestone Dash can be rolled to the side to create a large entry point, which can also just have an insect screen up to improve ventilation by leaving the door open without the fear of flies easily invading your living space. Further to this, the removable groundsheet for the access zone also comes with a draught excluder skirt for the gap between the bottom of the van and the floor. The main living space benefits from the protection of a sewn-in groundsheet, to increase the comfort, warmth and weatherproofing.

The Access Zone to the van features two side doors for easy access directly into the awning or the van, making it ideal for all types of camper vans, regardless of whether the habitation door is on the driver or passenger side of the vehicle. There is an optional dark-fabric inner tent available for the Milestone Dash, perfect for using it as a bedroom or for use as storage, or a toilet area.

Fabric Denier	70 Denier (Polyester) Details Denier - a measurement used to determine the thickness of the tent flysheet. It relates to the fibre thickness, or thread counts used. The thicker the fabric, generally the stronger, and more durable the fabric will be. The denier really reflects the lifetime to be expected of the tent, and how quickly, it will be affected by UV Degradation.
Awning Type	VW Style Drive-Away Details Seasonal: A caravan awning specifically designed for touring, and temporary camping pitches. Hydrostatic Head (mm)	3000 Details Hydrostatic Head (Tents) – a waterproof rating for technical fabrics measured in mm. The higher the rating the more waterproof the fabric is. A rating of 1500mm is deemed waterproof, but on a tent, look for a rating of 3000 or higher. Measured by the height of water column a fabric weave can take before it begins to “sweat”. “Polycotton” tents will not have a Hydrostatic Head level, as they are not treated for waterproofing.

Flysheet Fabric	Outtex® 3000 Select, 100% polyester Details Polyester – a synthetic fibre, made from polymer units to create a textile fabric. Polyester is the most popular fabric for tent manufacturing, as it is durable, reliable and lighter in weight. Polyester does not breathe though, which creates more condensation. Polycotton - a blend of polyester and cotton, primarily cotton (usually around 65% cotton / 35% polyester split). Polycotton is a more natural fabric for camping, as it is breathable, far more durable material, reducing the effects of condensation. Offers greater versatility in hot and cold climates. Ripstop Nylon – a durable material used in tents which is strong and repairable due to its Ripstop properties.
