DPD Expedited Service (1-2 working days)
This costs £7.95 for any order placed. We try our best to dispatch all orders as quick as we can. If you order after 2pm, then it may be the next working day that we dispatch your order. However, 99% of the time, if you place before 2pm, we will get it out for delivery within 24 hours.
DPD Standard delivery (3-5 working days)
This costs £4.95 for any orders placed. We try our best to dispatch all orders as quick as we can. If you order after 2pm it may be the next working day that we dispatch your order.
DPD Next Working Day before 10.30am Delivery - Guaranteed next working day delivery or your postage costs back if ordered before 2pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday, for Tuesday delivery. (Excluding Bank Holiday Mondays)
This costs £19.99 for any order. Must place order before 2pm. Ring to confirm otherwise.

We have higher rates for areas such as Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and Scilly Isles - please contact us to find out these rates and we can work it out for you. Otherwise you can use the postage checker in the Checkout to work out the costs.
Expedited Service (1-2 days)
Orders received before 2pm Mon-Friday are usually despatched the same day and delivered in 1-2 days, mostly next day. Although we strive to send your parcel out on the same day that it is ordered, orders received after 2pm (especially during peak season) may not be processed until the next working day. For instance, any expredited orders placed after 2pm on a Friday may not ship from our premises until the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays), for delivery Tuesday/Wednesday.Please note that expedited Delivery services may be subject to delay from unavoidable circumstances outside of the control of the courier and whilst they are usually delivered on a next day service, we cannot guarantee this. We cannot be held liable for a service breakdown in this situation.
This service is dispatched with DPD who do require a signature, if you supply a mobile number they offer a text message service, where they text a one hour delivery window on the day of delivery.
Standard Delivery (3-5 days)
Orders received requesting standard delivery will usually be delivered between 3-5 days. These are dispatched with DPD who subcontract to Hermes.
Next Working Day Before 10.30AM Delivery
We also operate a diamond service which is guaranteed next day delivery before 10am or your postage costs back, providing you place the order before 2pm. Although this service is guaranteed by the courier - we will not be held responsible for poor planning or last minute orders by customers - placing a Diamond order is done so at your own discretion. If you live in a rural area - please ring to check Diamond services are applicable before placing the orders - (mainly remote parts of Cornwall or Devon)
Next Working Day Before 11:59AM Delivery
We also operate a Silver service which is guaranteed next day delivery before 11:59am or your postage costs back, providing you place the order before 2pm. Although this service is guaranteed by the courier - we will not be held responsible for poor planning or last minute orders by customers - placing a Diamond order is done so at your own discretion. If you live in a rural area - please ring to check Silver services are applicable before placing the orders - (mainly remote parts of Cornwall or Devon)
You will receive an email letting you know when your goods have been despatched. Our couriers, DPD and Hermes collect at 3.00 p.m. every week day and deliver between 8.00 a.m. and 7.30 p.m. every day (excluding weekend). A signature is always required. Therefore please have your goods sent to an address where you will be present. Ideal delivery addresses are your home, workplace or even a consenting neighbour. If you are not in when the courier attempts to deliver your parcels, they will leave their calling card requesting that you contact them to rearrange delivery. If you request that we redirect the goods to a different delivery address this will result in an additional £6.00 charge. You have 3 days in which it will remain at your local courier depot until it is returned to us. If you fail to contact the courier and they return the goods back to us, you will be liable for the extra delivery charges incurred and an additional re-delivery and handling cost of £6.00. If the order is carriage paid due to the value of the order, we will deduct the extra shipping costs incurred before a refund is made for failed delivery of goods.
Additionally - please note that if you consent to have the parcel left without a signiture in the additional shipping notes - we will not be held responsible if the parcel is to go missing.
If you live outside of the UK and wish to place an order, please add the items you wish to buy to the cart, then change the shipping country from UK to whichever country you live in, then our shipping estimator will work it out for you. The charge is worked out by the weight of the products purchased. Please be aware that delivery can take 5 -7 days depending on where you are based in Europe. Northern European destinations generally take 2 - 3 days, where as southern and eastern European destination, can take up to 7 working days. Short Delivery or Incorrect goods
Our packing system has a triple checking system to avoid mistakes but we do pack hundreds of orders every day and from time to time, mistakes do occur. In this case, all we ask is that you inform us no later than 5 days of receipt of your goods. We will collect the goods at no cost to you and once we receive the goods back, we’ll deliver the correct goods. If you decide that you would like to cancel your order in the meantime, please contact us and we will collect the order at no cost to you. We only ask that you fill in the returns form so that we can deal with your refund more promptly. Failure to complete the returns form may result in delay of payment going back into your bank account.
If you wish to send any goods back to us yourself rather than us picking them up, please complete the returns form and a receipt for the postage costs but take into account that we will only refund up to a maximum of £6.00. How to use the "Click and Collect" Service
1) Search our range of products.
2) Add products to your cart/basket.
3) Click "Proceed to checkout".
4) At step 4 of checkout (shipping Method).
5) Choose which location you want to collect from.
6) Select either "Collect from Store" or "Collect from Warehouse".
7) Select payment method and complete order.
What Happens Next?
1) Please supply a contact number when placing your order so we can contact you.
2) We will contact you to confirm your order and arrange a time and day your collection will be ready.
3) Print out your invoice to bring with you when you collect.
4) Come along and meet the team to collect your goods. (We don't bite, only at dinner time.)
