Please find below the details for all of our UK Delivery methods including Express. Please read the information carefully as they contain all of the details regarding our policy on delivering your order to you. We ship to the UK mainland at the moment, so if your address is not on the mainland there will be a charge of delivering to your destination. Our Free delivery on orders over £50 does not apply to the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, Channel islands, isles of Scilly, isle of Wight. Please be advised that delivery to an address in the Highlands & islands is not an express service. We estimate your order will take 2-4 days for delivery and is a standard service.

Easter Delivery

Please be advised that the Couriers do not collect on Good Friday and Easter Monday. Our last day for sending out orders by standard delivery is Thursday the 17th of April, any orders placed after this date will not be dispatched until Tuesday the 22nd of April at the earliest. It is expected to be very busy with a large volume of parcels in the network, we ask customers to place orders in enough time to allow up to 4 working days for standard UK delivery. For express orders over Easter our cut off time it to order by 12 on Wednesday 16th April.

Express Delivery - 1-2 Working Days - (applies Monday to Friday)

The order must be placed before the cut-off time of 2pm on a working day for delivery the following working day. Next Day means Next Working Day.Fedex/TNT shipments are sometimes subject to a 24 hour delay in transit due to high volumes in their network - so any product over 30kg, may have a slower transit time. Regular products under 30kg, will be delivered the next working day via DPD or Fedex as normal. You can check the weight of a tent by looking at the additional information tab on the product, and checking the weight.

Please note: Saturdays and Sundays are not "working days". Though often DPD will deliver over the weekend, we cannot guarantee it.
Bank Holidays are not a working day and the Courier does not provide any collection or delivery service. So if you order before 2pm on a Friday the order would not arrive until Tuesday.

Delivery Time Window for FedEx

FedEx deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The exact delivery time can vary depending on the delivery area and the route the driver is taking that day. While we aim for accurate delivery estimates, please be aware that delivery times are subject to change. If you are ordering a heavy item which weighs more than 30kg it will need to be sent out with Fedex.

Express Pre 12 / Pre 10:30am - Next Working Day Before Specified Time (applies Monday to Friday)

The order must be placed before the cut-off time of 2pm on a working day. We will pack and send your order for the next day, before 10:30am or 12pm, depending on which option you choose

We use DPD for this service who will only deliver if the parcel is under 30kg.

Order placed on Saturday and Sunday will arrive Tuesday as they csn only be processed on a working day as we are closed at the weekend.

Standard Delivery - 2 - 4 Working Days (applies Monday to Friday)

All of our Parcels sent by the standard delivery are still sent with a Courier but we give priority to Express parcels first, and then send out the standard ones. Parcels on this service will take 2-4 working days to arrive.

Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50

Spend over £50, and we will deliver free of charge. Excludes selected regions of Scotland and all of Northern Ireland. You can check postal costs by using the Postage Estimator on the Basket Page, by adding your postal code. 

Please be advised that for all UK deliveries we now use Fedex as well as DPD for most deliveries. For both Couriers you will be normally notified with an expected delivery date and will be kept notified by text or email if there are any delays at all.

International Delivery

Please be advised that for all International Deliveries you will be liable for paying an Import or Taxes in your own Country. We advise you to contact your Local Customs Office to check on the rates in your Country. Also due to the fact that most of our products are made in China, there may be a tariff on your import. These costs will be charged to you directly by the local Customs Office which is something we have no control over.

Highlands & islands

For deliveries to addresses in the Highands & islands, there is an increased cost for delivery due to the nature of the area, and the availability of a Courier service, due to there also being less demand for deliveries this does mean that this is not an Express Service and we aim to delivery your Parcel within 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch. For anything urgent we ask that you contact us before ordering so we can aim to get your order dispatched straight away.
