Overview:
A fast-pitching touring awning, the NEW Turismo XLS is perfect for the lightweight camper wanting a drive-away awning for a low-line camper van such as a VW Transporter to lower profile motorhomes, with a fitting height of 180-240cm. The pole and sleeve designs make for an intuitive pitching system, perfect for weekends away and short breaks. The Turismo is a drive-away model, allowing the connecting panel to be connected and disconnected from the camper van with ease. giving the freedom and luxury of the vehicle for the day to take off-site.
Manufactured and crafted with ultra-lightweight polyester fabric, treated with waterproofing and sealed seams throughout the awning to provide great protection from the elements. Furthermore, the Turismo has excellent ventilation throughout the shelter, to help reduce the condensation during wet weather camping. The Turismo also has a large pre-built annex, complete with a breathable two-person sleeping compartment.
Ideal For: Camper van owners who require a short-term pitch camper van awning, complete with a pole and sleeve design, with a touring design for moving from campsite to campsite.

Methods of Attachment
- Pre Attached Kador Rail 4mm/6mm - slides straight into a rail, or wind out awning. (Fiamma Requires a 4mm Drive Away Kit). Purchase a drive-away kit for the ability to be able to drive off-site.
- Reflective Guylines - can be thrown over the vehicle and pegged down the other side.

| Hydrostatic Head (mm) | 3000 Details Hydrostatic Head (Tents) – a waterproof rating for technical fabrics measured in mm. The higher the rating the more waterproof the fabric is. A rating of 1500mm is deemed waterproof, but on a tent, look for a rating of 3000 or higher. Measured by the height of water column a fabric weave can take before it begins to “sweat”. “Polycotton” tents will not have a Hydrostatic Head level, as they are not treated for waterproofing. |

| Flysheet Fabric | 70 Denier Polyester, 3000mm Details Polyester – a synthetic fibre, made from polymer units to create a textile fabric. Polyester is the most popular fabric for tent manufacturing, as it is durable, reliable and lighter in weight. Polyester does not breathe though, which creates more condensation. Polycotton - a blend of polyester and cotton, primarily cotton (usually around 65% cotton / 35% polyester split). Polycotton is a more natural fabric for camping, as it is breathable, far more durable material, reducing the effects of condensation. Offers greater versatility in hot and cold climates. Ripstop Nylon – a durable material used in tents which is strong and repairable due to its Ripstop properties. |
