The Vango Lismore 700 DLX is part of the Sentinel Airbeam range which is an entry-level collection from Vango, focused on the lighter weight and pack sizes. Created in a large seven-person format, the Lismore 700DLX is a large family tent, with standing height and ample living space throughout.

Overview:

The largest Airbeam family tent in the Sentinel Active collection, which is the entry-level, lightweight collection from Vango. Perfect for those still wanting all the benefits of Air, without the hassle of a large pack size and large weight. The tent still offers sleeping space for up to seven people, in a vast three-zone design with a pre-attached front porch area, and a sewn-in groundsheet to the living space.

Using the Sentinel Active 70 Denier polyester fabric, which is designed to be lighter in weight (33.4kg), yet ideal for the British climate, as the fabric, is highly waterproof and quick to dry. The disadvantage of the fabric is it has a lesser lifetime and durability than thicker polyester fabrics or cotton, which will last longer. However, Vango has treated the fabric with the new ColourLok Eco to reduce the effects of UV degradation and fading.

Ideal For: Perfect for larger families wanting masses of living space. A versatile, three-zone design offers a very spacious shelter, designed to sleep up to 7 people. Perfect for touring, and camping adventures throughout Spring to Summer time.

Airbeam Design: Quick and intuitive pitching, reduces the pitching time by up to half, simply inflate each beam individually. The Phantom Pump with gauge is included and rolled into the middle.
ColourLok Eco: A new versatile fabric, that uses 60% less water in the dying process, reducing chemical waste and carbon emissions, for a friendlier manufacturing process. The design also allows the fabric to retain its colour better through the UV process slowing the effects of UV degradation. Offering sun protection of UPF30+.
Sewn-in Groundsheet: The tent has a sewn-in groundsheet throughout the living space of the tent, maximising the comfort of the tent, with drop-down doors to the front and the side of the tent for greater flexibility for access for prams and wheelchairs.
Mesh Ventilation: To the front and side door entry points help to reduce the condensation factor, by increasing ventilation throughout the tent.
Sky Track II: Along one Airbeam by the bedroom inners, for hanging accessories from the Airbeam such as Sunbeam lighting.

Berth	7 Man Details Berth – This shows the number of people that the tent can sleep within the inner tents of a model of tent, in line with the industry standard. Normal procedure is to look for a slightly larger tent, for example, a family of four usually purchase a five or six berth tent, to give added room and comfort.
Hydrostatic Head (mm)	3000 Details Hydrostatic Head (Tents) – a waterproof rating for technical fabrics measured in mm. The higher the rating the more waterproof the fabric is. A rating of 1500mm is deemed waterproof, but on a tent, look for a rating of 3000 or higher. Measured by the height of water column a fabric weave can take before it begins to “sweat”. “Polycotton” tents will not have a Hydrostatic Head level, as they are not treated for waterproofing.

Flysheet Fabric	Sentinel Active - 70 Denier Fabric (a lighter weight fabric) Details Polyester – a synthetic fibre, made from polymer units to create a textile fabric. Polyester is the most popular fabric for tent manufacturing, as it is durable, reliable and lighter in weight. Polyester does not breathe though, which creates more condensation. Polycotton - a blend of polyester and cotton, primarily cotton (usually around 65% cotton / 35% polyester split). Polycotton is a more natural fabric for camping, as it is breathable, far more durable material, reducing the effects of condensation. Offers greater versatility in hot and cold climates. Ripstop Nylon – a durable material used in tents which is strong and repairable due to its Ripstop properties.
Fabric Denier	70 Denier (Polyester) Details Denier - a measurement used to determine the thickness of the tent flysheet. It relates to the fibre thickness, or thread counts used. The thicker the fabric, generally the stronger, and more durable the fabric will be. The denier really reflects the lifetime to be expected of the tent, and how quickly, it will be affected by UV Degradation.
