Overview:

The Vango Lismore 450 package is an entry-level family tent, using a simple pole and sleeve design, and a large tunnel structure, to create a spacious camping home. The Lismore collection has a three-zone design, with a large pre-attached porch, and a large sewn-in living space, with Nightfall inners, pre-attached. Designed in the Sentinel Active, 70-Denier polyester fabric, to create a lighter-weight product, with a total weight of 19.65kg, perfect for weekend or adventure campers needing a short-term holiday home for touring.

Designed to sleep up to four people, but more comfortable housing one to two people, the Lismore has a spacious feel, with full standing height throughout. Further to this, the product has great technical features such as mesh ventilation panels throughout to aid with condensation, by increasing airflow throughout.

Ideal For: Couples and small families requiring a spacious, four-berth tent ideal for Spring to Summer time camping, with a lightweight, compact design, perfect for touring.

Key Features:

Sentinel Eco Flysheet - this polyester flysheet offers a lightweight 70 denier fabric, which is ideal for touring or those simply looking for a larger family tent with a low weight. The Vango fabric is tried and tested, offering ColourLok eco-technology, which helps to reduce the effects of fading, and UV degradation, whilst reducing the chemical output and waste from manufacturing, to lessen carbon emissions. The lightweight nature of the fabric enables the product to be lighter in weight and smaller in pack size.
Sewn-in Groundsheet - the groundsheet to the living space is fully sewn-in to create a comfortable living space, which is draught-free and helps to stop bugs from getting into the living space. The groundsheet is not sewn to the door pelmets, allowing it to drop flat to the floor, for easier pram and wheelchair access.
Nightfall Bedrooms - help to reduce the effects of early morning light, and create a comfortable sleeping space with a darker feel, ideal for those with younger children to help them sleep better.
Groundsheet Protector Included: the matching footprint groundsheet is included in the package, which allows the Lismore to be pitched on top of the protector, to enhance the lifetime of the product, and allow the tent to be packed away clean and dry.

Berth	4 Man Details Berth – This shows the number of people that the tent can sleep within the inner tents of a model of tent, in line with the industry standard. Normal procedure is to look for a slightly larger tent, for example, a family of four usually purchase a five or six berth tent, to give added room and comfort.
Hydrostatic Head (mm)	3000 Details Hydrostatic Head (Tents) – a waterproof rating for technical fabrics measured in mm. The higher the rating the more waterproof the fabric is. A rating of 1500mm is deemed waterproof, but on a tent, look for a rating of 3000 or higher. Measured by the height of water column a fabric weave can take before it begins to “sweat”. “Polycotton” tents will not have a Hydrostatic Head level, as they are not treated for waterproofing.

Flysheet Fabric	Sentinel Active - 70 Denier Fabric Details Polyester – a synthetic fibre, made from polymer units to create a textile fabric. Polyester is the most popular fabric for tent manufacturing, as it is durable, reliable and lighter in weight. Polyester does not breathe though, which creates more condensation. Polycotton - a blend of polyester and cotton, primarily cotton (usually around 65% cotton / 35% polyester split). Polycotton is a more natural fabric for camping, as it is breathable, far more durable material, reducing the effects of condensation. Offers greater versatility in hot and cold climates. Ripstop Nylon – a durable material used in tents which is strong and repairable due to its Ripstop properties.
Fabric Denier	70 Denier (Polyester) Details Denier - a measurement used to determine the thickness of the tent flysheet. It relates to the fibre thickness, or thread counts used. The thicker the fabric, generally the stronger, and more durable the fabric will be. The denier really reflects the lifetime to be expected of the tent, and how quickly, it will be affected by UV Degradation.
