Designed to pitch quickly, and set down quickly due to the Fastpitch Air poles, which provide a sturdy structure, whilst also being quick to set up, compared to traditional poled shelters. The beauty of the Journeymaster is the ability to drive away, allowing the vehicle to be easily detached from the connecting panel, and driven offsite for a day's activities.

Further to this, the Journeymaster series includes the Blackout bedrooms as standard, offering a two-person inner tent to the shelter, to create space for guests or family.

• Crafted for VW Style Vehicles: Will fit vehicles with a connection height of 180-210cm, making it ideal for VW Transporter series or similar. Further to this, with the sideways fitting nature of the shelter, the habitation door on the camper van should ideally be on the UK passenger side, to ensure the awning and vehicle both face the same direction.
• Blackout Bedrooms: Darkened bedrooms keep out 99% of early morning light, perfectly ideal for sleepy heads. The inner tent compartment is included with the product, and not as an optional addition. The bedroom can be removed to create more living space within the shelter.
• Open Front Porch: A large front porch area provides an area that is sheltered to sit and relax at the front of the Journeymaster. Ideal for cooking, storage, and shelter from the elements.
• Storm Straps: Comes supplied with Storm Straps which can be used for extra stability in high winds, to the front and rear of the product. There are also storm straps to go over the vehicle to peg down the connecting panel.
• Mesh Ventilation: A Full-Width Back Vent and mesh panel over the entrance, combined with a secondary mesh panel to the front door, allow plenty of airflow into the polyester shelter, to aid breathability to reduce condensation and reduce the overall temperature within the product on a hot day.
• Zipped Window Covers:  window covers in place at night or during the day for additional privacy within the awning.
• Multiple Cable Entry Points: Has two cable entry points, one in the living area and one in the inner to provide mains access into the living space.
• Lantern Attachments: Designed for easily hanging lanterns to provide light to the bedroom and living area.
• Large Connecting Panel: A large go-between space from the van to the shelter, complete with a side entry door for easier access to the habitation door of the camper van. Furthermore, all Journeymasters come with four methods of attaching to the camper van.

Methods of Attachment

1. Pre Attached Kador Rail 6mm - slides straight into a rail, or wind out awning. (Fiamma Requires a 4mm Drive Away Kit). Purchase a drive-away kit for the ability to be able to drive off-site.
2. Velcro Straps - easily attach to roof bars should the van have these.
   
3. Sleeve for Pole and Clamp Kit to allow for older styles of van which have a gutter fitted to the side of the van.
   
4. 8M Storm Straps - can be thrown over the vehicle and pegged down the other side.

FACTORY SECONDS EXPLANATION

This awning has been tested by our Quality Control team who detected a potential fading issue on the black fabric strip around the bottom of the fly sheet. This can discolour over time from exposure to sunlight to a brown colour. It will still perform to the same high standards. So you can have fun using it, save it from landfill and make a great saving.

“Rigorous testing has shown that under continuous UV exposure (400~800nm) fading sometimes occurred. The strength, waterproofness and longevity of the fabric is not affected. The issue may not occur at all (depending on the strength, length, and direction of UV exposure).”
